Military Housing and Grounds Maintenance

 

• Provide housing maintenance and repair services to military family housing units at ASCG Alameda


• Provide grounds maintenance services to designated housing areas


• Inspect, maintain, and repair recreational equipment and structures in playground and other recreational facilities


• Provide janitorial services to the Coast Guard Alameda housing office


• Perform monthly inspections/tests of all common area exterior lights in designated housing areas


• Perform Change of Occupancy (COM) work on housing units to make the unit ready for the next resident. Work includes, but not limited to, complete cleaning; interior/exterior painting; repair/replacement of doors, cabinets, hot water heaters, bathroom fixtures, appliances, kitchen tops, flooring etc.


• IDIQ Task order work on family housing units to include light construction
