F.E. Warren AFB Helicopter Maintenance Support Services:

• Provide technical supply management work in support of helicopter maintenance

• Provide inventory management, storage management, cataloging and property utilization related to depot, local or other supply activities.

• Responsible to monitor and coordinate sortie productions, maintenance production and execution of the flying and maintenance schedules while maintaining visibility of fleet health indications.

• Work closely with maintenance personnel and provide customer with information of fleet status through use of Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) and locally developed status sheets.

• Ensure all maintenance actions are documented IAW Air Force Technical Orders (TO’s) and correctly entered into the MIS.

• Coordinate specific aircraft configurations so that maintenance events occur according to flight schedules.

• Responsible to monitor 24/7/365 organizational level maintenance specified in Air Force TO’s, pre and post-flight system configuration.

• Responsible to develop and implement aircrew debriefing program and perform aircrew debriefing, as required.

• Ensure all required parts for repairs are ordered and tracked.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on Functional check flight (FCF) requirements.

• Directs physical movement of aircraft and aerospace ground equipment.

• Directs and coordinates with operations schedulers the scheduling and monitoring of all aircraft and weapons systems equipment for scheduled and special inspections.

• Monitors flying time for all assigned aircr4aft and coordinates and publishes maintenance plans.
