Sheppard AFB Trainer Maintenance Services

 

• Inspects and repairs interior electrical power circuits and trainers and systems.
  
  
• Operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs special battery power supplies, trainer frames, consoles and cabinets, aircraft arresting barriers, including diesel and turbine-powered generators and power plants.
  
  
• Inspects, repairs, and troubleshoots water load systems, fire suppression systems, bare base laundry facility, back flow prevention trainers and water purification systems.
  
  
• Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, heating systems and refrigeration’s systems trainers.
  
  
• Installs, repairs and maintains liquid fuel storage, distribution and dispensing systems.
  
  
• Records all inspection/maintenance actions using AFTO Form 244. • Required to obtain Red X certification for respective maintenance areas.
  
  
• Initiates and monitors corrective actions and makes recommendations for maintenance improvements to the Production Manager.
