Multimedia Services / Equipment Maintenance Contract:
Provide Base photography services, including studio, location shoots, passport/citizenship, Special Duty Assignment and ALERT photography
Provide Base graphic arts and support producing charts, posters, and visual aids
Facilitate and operate the Base Video Teleconferencing (VTC) location
Operate and maintain multimedia library, multimedia equipment loan and presentation services support
Provide presentation support to the 37 Training Wing Commander's Conference Room
Provide support to the Base Commander's Access Channel
Provide graphic and multimedia support to 37 Training Group Advance Training, Video Production/Combat Camera, Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC), and 737 Training Group Academics
Provide maintenance service and repair of multimedia equipment for Base organizations
